In addition to the support of our team of fire professionals, we also offer a service to train and support your team to carry out your own fire risk assessments, including a step by step guide. Our specially designed easy to use ‘web based fire risk assessment format’ will provide an easy way of recording your'significant findings'and also includes a detailed ‘action plan’ to follow, which you can complete and then return for our fire professionals to review.
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order requires all premises where persons work or where members of the public visit to be fire risk assessed. In addition there is also a new identifiable ‘responsible person’ who is required to ensure that premises are safe from fire.
The Fire Services now have the task of ensuring organisations are compliant with the fire legislation by carrying out site visits of premises covered by the law.
The Fire Service College at Morton in the Marsh has always been a world renowned establishment for fire professionals, our fire engineers, assessors and training instructors have all attended the college and qualified. They also possess years of practical and technical experience, which is vital to be able to offer themselves as ‘competent persons’ as defined in the new legislation.
We have independent accreditation and a quality management system in place to ensure consistency of our very high standards. The FireQuest group now includes "Just Fire Doors".
